AT&T Mississippi’s service quality was recognized by two organizations recently, as the company was honored for their dedication to the community and for providing exceptional service. The Oxford-Lafayette County Economic Development Foundation and Chamber of Commerce presented AT&T with the Quality of Service Award, while Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority honored the company with the President’s Service Quality Award during AKA’s Southeastern Regional convention held in Jackson.

The awards recognize AT&T’s excellence in meeting consumers’ needs in Mississippi. From 2007-2009 AT&T invested more than $775 million in Mississippi to make sure that service standards meet the highest expectations. With plans for more than 60 new cell sites and 3G upgrades at more than 200 cell sites across the state, AT&T plans to keep investing in quality service in Mississippi.
