Mississippi Employees Take Part
in Comcast Cares Day


Among those taking part in Comcast Cares Day were: Lori Garrot - Hope Haven Program Director Avery Glaze - Partner Volunteer Bradley Glaze - Partner Volunteer Rhonda Thompson - Manager of Quality Control/Comcast Advanced Solutions Center Eric Morgan - Business Services Representative/Comcast Advanced Solutions Center John Wuerdeman - Vice President of Customer Care/Comcast Advanced Solutions Center


Comcast Advanced Solutions Center employees and community partners volunteer to spruce up the landscaping at Hope Haven Adolescent Crisis Center during Comcast Cares Day. Comcast Advanced Solutions Center volunteers participated in a variety of activities which included painting, planting an organic garden, creating a patio, cleaning, landscaping and numerous other projects for Hope Haven - one of 26 programs associated with Catholic Charities.

Over 185 Comcast Advanced Solutions Center employees, families and friends volunteered to provide much needed facility improvements to Hope Haven Adolescent Crisis Center in Jackson onA pril 23rd-24th. It was part of Comcast Cares Day, as Comcast employees commitment to making a difference in the communities it serves.

Hope Haven Adolescent Crisis Center is a 14 day residential facility in Jackson, Mississippi that provides services to youth and families who have a child diagnosed with a mental illness or with major behavioral problems which fit the criteria for a mental illness.
