ALABAMA’S CORR WIRELESS

Cellular South to Expand its Wireless Footprint through its Purchase
of Regional Wireless Network Provider in North Alabama and Georgia

Cellular South, the nation’s largest privately held wireless provider, announced October 16, 2009, the company’s plans to purchase Corr Wireless in Alabama. With this strategic purchase, Cellular South will now be able to offer its reliable and advanced wireless services to customers in the cities of Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, and Gadsden, plus the counties of Blount, Cullman, Marshall, Dekalb and Jackson in Alabama, as well as Rome, Georgia.
